This Privacy Policy explains how BixoPlay FZ‑LLC (“BixoPlay”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and safeguards your personal data when you visit bixoplay.com, purchase a subscription, or use any BixoPlay‑branded application (collectively, the “Service”).

1. Scope

This Policy applies to data we collect:

  • on our website, client portal, or mobile/TV apps;
  • via email, WhatsApp, live‑chat, or social media;
  • when you request a free trial or make a payment.

It does not cover third‑party IPTV player apps or websites linked from our guides.

Data may be processed on servers in Germany, France, or the UAE. We use EU Standard Contractual Clauses to protect transfers outside the EEA.

 

12. Changes to this Policy
